OUR SERVICES
Obstetrics

Obstetrics focuses on caring for pregnant women and their unborn babies, assisting women through labor and delivery, and providing immediate care for mothers after childbirth. Our staff offers compassionate and comprehensive care for pregnant women and their babies.

Gynecology

Most women associate gynecology with their annual pelvic exam and Pap smear, yet gynecologists do so much more. We treat every all medical conditions and diseases that affect women and the female reproductive organs. We deal with a wide range of issues, including obstetrics, or pregnancy and childbirth, menstruation and fertility issues, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), hormone disorders, and more.

Post-Menopause

The time of a woman's life following menopause is called postmenopause. During this time, many of the bothersome symptoms a woman may have experienced before menopause gradually decrease. But as a result of several factors, including a lower level of estrogen, postmenopausal women are at increased risk for a number of health conditions, such as osteoporosis and heart disease.

3D / 4D Ultrasound

3D / 4D obstetric ultrasound is an important and common part of obstetric care. At various gestational ages, the ultrasound examination is an accurate method of determining the gestational age, fetal number, viability, placental location, and gender.

Maybe you are thinking about having a 3D/4D scan at your local prenatal portrait studio. It is tempting but check with your doctor first. Experts recommend that 3D/4D ultrasounds be performed ONLY when medically necessary by your doctor or by a certified technician in a medical setting with updated and well-maintained equipment.

What is the concern? Just-for-fun ultrasounds are often done using a higher-powered machine that is not necessarily operated by skilled staff. Some sessions last a much longer time (45 minutes and over) which means more unnecessary ultrasound exposure for your baby and you.
